Observing the Barriers

Excluded from meetings and my original product team dissolved. I shifted to working under program management and continued fighting for product thinking across IT OPS PMO.

Account Recommender Ships $6.3M

Assigned to the Account Recommender project in Februrary 2025. Introduced sprint planning, story point estimation, and velocity tracking (all firsts for Revenue Systems). Shipped on time. Generated $6.3M in closed-won revenue to date.

Result: Revenue Systems leaders started asking me to run other projects.
Q1 2026: Expansion

Scaling Agile and Automation

Extended agile practices to Zendesk and Salesforce teams. Launched effort-based planning, sprint ceremonies, and trade-off conversations, replacing guess driven commitments.
