Assigned to the Account Recommender project in Februrary 2025. Introduced sprint planning, story point estimation, and velocity tracking (all firsts for Revenue Systems). Shipped on time. Generated $6.3M in closed-won revenue to date.

LiveCopilot Space that pulls from 11 data sources and writes the weekly status report automatically. Saves PMO team 20+ hours/month that used to go into manual writing and formatting.
Issue Refinement Automation
PilotManual pilot process for managing 1,300+ issues/year. Currently doing this by hand to test the workflow. Next step: automate it with GitHub Actions and Copilot Loops to hit 75% time reduction.
